About the Coach
I got involved in sports at 7 years old when my mom signed me up to Tae Kwon-do.
After a U14 national champion title my curiosity took me towards basketball, so I took the discipline and skills I learned in the dojang and stepped on the home court of Levski Sofia Basketball Club.

I invested all my teenage years in the pursuit of becoming the best player I could be, which amounted to a U19 national championship title, a lot of friends for life and an even broader scope of athletic skill and understanding of sports.

Through that journey I trained Track & Field for three years at the national stadium in Sofia, Bulgaria alongside some of our best athletes. I also had the privilege to work with some amazing strength & conditioning coaches who wanted to help me achieve my dreams as much as I did, so I learned a lot from them as well.
Â
This whole path saw me off to Germany's 3. Basketball League (semi-professional), a University German championship title and a start of a coaching journey which got it's roots with a sport science degree at the University of Münster.
My coaching career started in university where I organized and taught basketball camps. Later on I got involved in a program for preventive training in the office for the seated workers in the Uni. The goal being to offset musculoskeletal pains, stiffness and maladaptation.Â

After graduation I wanted to help the athletes who were in the same shoes I was - basketball sneakers, so I started as the athletic trainer in the youth department of UBC Münster, where I played.
The U16 and U19 teams played at the highest level in Germany, so I had the privilege to work with a talented selection of athletes in a great program.
The sports high environment offered the opportunity to work with talented youth athletes of national level across other sports as well, like volleyball, football and track and field.Â

Simultaneously, I was working at Münster's best gym with an array of different clients - young and old, training for the military test or recovering from an operation.
As my observations and experience grew over the wide range of coaching, I started developing what you see now in the Big 4 Programs, as the system I saw to be most flexible, fitting and beneficial for the most of modern humanity.
